Alberto’s Lounge is looking for a **Casual Kitchen Hand** to join our team

We’re after someone with **previous kitchen experience** who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment. This role involves **evening shifts** across a **7-day roster**, supporting our chefs in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen.

Our menu is **classic Italian-inspired**, focusing on **seasonality, technique, and simplicity**—think **house-made pasta, bistecca Fiorentina over charcoal, and seasonal gelato**.

This is a great opportunity to work alongside a **dedicated and passionate team** in a supportive and creative kitchen culture.
