***to join our team based in Perth. This is a newly created role within the company, whereby your role will be to assist in the recruitment and onboarding of staff for the business. Working alongside the Mobilisation Co-ordinator, your responsibilities will include:

- Recruitment, retention and development of roles throughout the company
- Drive engagement initiatives with current and new subcontractors and suppliers
- Research and propose to senior management opportunities to increase engagement across all areas for the business
- Establish and maintain relationships with organisations and manage key external stakeholder relationships.
- Develop and maintain Engagement reporting for the business

To be successful you will have experience in a similar role preferably within the mining or construction industry, and will have:

- Proven experience
- Aboriginal employment experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to write reports and procedures
- The ability to be able to develop meaningful, positive stakeholder relationships at all levels
- Able to use recruitment programs
