Amazing opportunity for experienced Mental Health Nurse Team Leader to lead an established nursing team to deliver and maintain Mental health care services at our Immigration Detention Centre Clinics around Australia.
**The Role**:
- The Mental Health Team Leader will work under the leadership of the site based Health Services Managers in our immigration detention centres and also provide clinical services to these people residing in immigration detention facilities.
- Identify and assess at risk persons in detention
- Act as the single point of referral to Mental Health Team
- Provide at risk persons in detention with appropriate and timely management of their mental health needs
- Ensure high standards of mental health practice are met
- Provide advice and education to the mental health team as necessary or as requested
- Provide clinical reports to appropriate internal and external stakeholders
