Ocado are looking for experienced Team Leaders to oversee a team of service technicians that will work on a shift basis ensuring the ongoing reliability and maintenance of a fully automated robotic solution. You will be hands on in ensuring that our Bots are performing at the highest level, work with real time troubleshooting, configuration, and “grid” performance for what will drive Coles online order business into the future

**About you?**
- Trades based qualifications - **Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field**:

- Experience in leadership/team management
- Ideally experience in a Service environment
- Ability to “work at heights”, certified or able to be certified
- Current White Card, or ability to obtain
- Can do, problem solving attitude, ability to make real time decisions and lead teams to best outcomes
- Keen interest in technology, and a want to learn more around automation and Ocado solutions
- D license highly regarded
- Experience with PLC/SCADA highly regarded
