**The Role: Playford 10 Programs Coordinator**

Join our Youth team as our Playford 10 Programs Coordinator where you’ll lead, deliver, and manage programs that inspire social skills, creativity and leadership among young people in the City of Playford

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Deliver and continuously improve the Playford 10 program, supporting young students and youth in sports, arts and volunteering.
- Mentor and support staff and volunteers to foster a positive team orientated environment
- Build partnerships with schools, community organisations and service providers to deliver impactful programs.
- Experience in community programs including grant writing, budget management and program evaluation.
- Assist in developing and implementing a Youth Action Plan that aligns with Council’s strategic objectives.

In addition you will have:

- Proven experience in program management and community development with a focus on young people and families.
- Strong relationship building and facilitation skills.
- Ability to help secure funding opportunities and support stakeholder partnerships.
- A passion for supporting youth and fostering positive community outcomes.
