About the Role:
You’ll be supporting individuals living with disabilities to lead fulfilling, independent lives—at home, in the community, and everywhere in between. From personal care and life skills to creating meaningful moments and connections, no two days will ever be the same.
We’re looking for people who can be flexible with shifts, adapting to the changing needs of our clients from day to day. If you’re someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and loves variety in your work, we want to hear from you
What We’re Looking For:
Real people with real heart
Experience in disability or aged care (or a passion to learn)
A current First Aid & CPR certificate
NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children Check
A full driver’s licence and reliable transport
Confidence, communication skills, and a strong work ethic
Flexibility to adapt to changing shift times and client needs
