**Drainer - Civil Construction | Full-Time**

**$40 per hour (all-inclusive for ordinary hours) + 12% super + penalty rates**
**Location**: Site-based across Greater Sydney

**About Us**

Tiglin Constructions is a civil construction company delivering high-quality drainage infrastructure across NSW. We are currently seeking a qualified and motivated **Drainer** to join our growing team on a full-time basis.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Excavate trenches and install stormwater and sewer pipes
- Operate excavators and other plant safely and competently
- Install pits, manholes and drainage structures
- Set line, level and grade using lasers and site drawings
- Perform pre-start checks and maintain plant and equipment
- Read and interpret drawings, liaise with site supervisors
- Maintain a tidy, safe and hazard-free work area
- Contribute to toolbox talks and follow SWMS and safety procedures

**Skills & Experience Required**
- Minimum **2 years’ experience** in drainage or pipe-laying
- **White Card** (Construction Induction)
- Excavator VOC or equivalent plant competency
- Ability to read plans and set trench levels
- Reliable, punctual and committed to safety
- Australian driver’s licence (or eligible overseas licence)

**Pay & Conditions**
- **$40.00/hour all-inclusive** for ordinary hours
- **Penalty rates apply**:

- 150% after 7.6 hrs/day or 38 hrs/week
- Saturday: 150%
- Sunday: 150% (first 2 hrs), 200% after
- Night shift: 150% (first 2 hrs), 200% after
- **12% superannuation**:

- **Weekly pay**:

- **Fuel card & toll tag** provided for work-related travel
- **Ongoing training and development**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40.00 - $55.46 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
