Drainer

Deep Civil Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Drainer.

, Permanent.

Annual salary**:$95k - $100K**

Duties and Responsibilities:

- The Drainer is responsible for working in a safe and efficient manner to construct/install network assets as directed by the Site Supervisor/Foreman.
- Drainer required to complete tasks with mínimal supervision to the appropriate level of quality.
- Install and maintain below-ground drainage systems and associated sewerage or effluent disposal systems.
- Understand the project scope and implement time and cost-effective construction methodologies in consultation with the Site Supervisor/Foreman and Project Manager.
- Communicate material and service requirements (Lazer Level, etc.) to the site Supervisor/Foreman or Project Engineer in a timely manner.
- Liaise with the Site Supervisor/Foreman to resolve technical and scheduling issues.
- Understand and monitor the project(s) scope to ensure variations are recognised.
- Commit and adhere to OH&S principles to maintain a safe work environment

Skills and Qualifications (edit as appropriate):

- Qualification at the level of a relevant Certificate IV or at least 3 years of full time relevant work experience in lieu
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the role
- Ability to work in a team

Capability to read and interpret blueprints

Pay: $95,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- Australia (required)
