**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and manage a pipeline of **developers/builders** (B2B) and **homeowners** (B2C) for smart kitchens, wardrobes and integrated cabinetry.
- Meet clients on site and in our showroom; conduct needs analysis and **technical product demonstrations** (e.g., smart lighting/sensors, integrated storage, control options).
- **Interpret plans/specifications**, prepare take‑offs, solution proposals, and **itemised quotations/tenders**; present value and ROI.
- Provide **technical product advice** (materials, hardware, finishes, smart integrations) and recommend configurations to meet budget and program.
- Coordinate with design/production/installation to ensure specification accuracy, delivery timelines and quality; provide **after‑sales support**.
- Maintain accurate **CRM records, sales reports and expense records**; forecast and report on targets.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
