**About the team**:
Coles Liquor is a trusted retailer with three iconic trading banners, Liquorland, First Choice Liquor Market and Vintage Cellars. Our purpose is to help adult Australians lead happier and healthier lives by drinking in a responsible and sustainable way. As a drink’s specialist, Coles Liquor hosts an extensive range of wines, spirits and beers and we are passionate about providing customers with local and relevant products.

Our knowledgeable Team Members serve customers through our network of more than 930 stores and ultra-convenient online sites, delivering on our commitment to provide accessible drink solutions for every occasion.

**About the role**:
Reporting to the General Manager, Commercial you will be accountable for the eCommerce & omnichannel customer experience and online trade strategy for Coles Liquor brands as well as on demand and Coles Online.

You will lead and develop the capability of the eCommerce and Experience teams to achieve sales success and growth through one on one, team coaching and performance feedback. Please note this is a 9-month fixed-term maternity leave contract with view to extend.

You’ll also:

- Be accountable for commercial performance and the ecommerce P/L
- Develop and implement the eCommerce trade plan, by identifying and acting on opportunities to drive sales and margin improvement
- Drive business development and transformation in the business through expansion in new markets / adjacencies
- Act as a key stakeholder and voice of Liquor eCommerce & Omnichannel on transformation projects led by Coles Group or Coles Liquor

**About you and your skills**:
We’re looking for a passionate leader with proven results running end to end online retail businesses, that is comfortable to caretake a highly driven and passionate team.

You’ll also have:

- Strong experience running commercial business and P&L responsibility.
- Previous experience working on and delivering transformation projects
- The ability to deal with constant change and manage associated communication with stakeholders and customers
