How will your ideas contribute to shaping what’s next?
Reporting to the Workplace Manager, you will coordinate the Workplace Service team's tasks from an operational perspective and act as a contact point for operational, process or service delivery related issues to achieve prompt, reliable, cost effective and quality results.
Your role will include:
- Ensure all relevant WHS guidelines and Security requirements are met, including overseeing all contractors on site- Maintain key supplier and service provider relationships to ensure professional office standards- Preparation of expense claims, invoice coding and budget forecasts- Purchase of all office supplies and equipment- Maintenance of office equipment and fleet vehicles- Assist with all general facilities related tasks as required

We look for people who have had a broad range of experiences throughout their career and can demonstrate how they have worked as part of a team to bring ideas to life.- Strong facilities or premises experience within a professional services environment- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint- Professional attire and presentation- The ability to prioritise a variety of tasks and responsibilities, problem solving on the run- WHS, Compliance and Risk Management experience- A strong understanding of physical security requirements to meet ISO standards- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
