We are seeking a Freight Handler to work full time from 3pm. A person who is physically fit and has experience operating a forklift which is assessed during the recruitment process.

**About the role**:

- Handloading parcels and cartons from conveyor belts into trucks, ready for our drivers to head out on the road
- Unloading trucks when drivers get back to the warehouse
- Wrapping freight by hand or using a shrink wrapper (you know - like the ones at the airport), electronically scanning parcels and updating documentation.
- Forklift licence and experience mandatory (assessment to be completed)

**Roster/Pay**
- 3:00pm - 11:00pm
- Flexibility required for potential overtime pre or post shift
- Monday to Friday
- 38.20ph (= $32.51ph base rate + 17.5% PM shift loading)
- + 12% Superannuation
- + Leave entitlements
- + Monthly RDO

**About you**:

- You are physically fit and can be on your feet all day
- Have good geographical knowledge
- Experienced in manual handling and forklift operations
- Possess initiative and a strong work ethic
- Can lift at least 30kg - we assess this at a pre-employment medical check to help make sure you’re safe on the job
- Laser focused, even when the role gets repetitive
