Job Location - Sydney but shall possibly involve travel within NSW state. You will be appointed as a Full Time/Permanent - Field Service Technician and will be tasked with technician duties as below:
**Salary**: Max 120k per annum + Super + Company Vehicle

**Responsibilities**:

- Involve in the project or maintenance services related with General Security Systems, Alarms Systems, CCTV Systems, Access control systems and Server & Network infrastructure and whenever required.
- Perform Installation, Implementation, Configuration and testing of system/storage equipment & setup
- Troubleshoot problems encountered on site
- Perform OS hardening, patching and updating on servers/VM
- Conduct acceptance test with users and address the testing findings/issues
- Work closely with Project/Maintenance Managers in planning the implementation tasks
- Maintain accurate and consistent set of work instructions service delivery processes.
- Assist in As-built documentation for handover and upkeep of system documentation.
- Developing, maintaining and improving relationships with the customer by providing expert advice and acting as a maintenance specialist resource
- Maximise customer satisfaction and minimise customer site downtime by providing exceptional technical support
- Carrying out hazard and risk assessments for all tasks as per company policy and procedures
- Reporting near misses, incidents and other opportunities for improvement

**Qualifications**
- Full vaccination is mandatory for all applicants
- Security Industry License (Essential)
- Restricted Electrical Trade Certificate / License (Advantageous)
- Strong background in Security/ CCTV systems or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of networking and IP/TCP protocol
- In-depth knowledge in CCTV and Access Control System Servers etc.
- Industry experience with installation, maintenance, fault investigations in CCTV, Access Control Systems and Networks
- Hands-on experience in security-related tasks such as OS tightening, patching and updating, virus scanning will be an added advantage.
- Intermediate to advance Microsoft and computer skills
- Creative, highly motivated individual, who can work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and positive working attitude.
