**Key Accountabilities and main responsibilities**
- Oversee the development of Link Group policies, processes and systems in support of engagement, diversity & inclusion and wellbeing strategies
- Partner with Business Unit HR teams and key business stakeholders and provide guidance and support for divisional engagement and diversity & inclusion initiatives
- Oversee the assessment of employee engagement through the delivery of the Link Group global employee engagement and feedback survey process including end to end survey administration, reporting results, data integrity and liaising with our external partners on the management of the survey platform.
- Lead the development and implementation of the Link Group diversity and inclusion strategy and framework and support BU HR teams to drive an inclusive work environment that aligns with our desired culture and employee value proposition
- Support the development of plans and strategies in achievement of Diversity of Inclusion targets, and provision of insights to shape the broader D&I roadmap
- Manage the internal and external annual reporting of diversity and inclusion targets and demographics and oversee the completion of the WGEA reporting submission and global equivalents, and contribution to our annual reports.
- Oversee the Link Group Talent & Succession strategy, framework and approach supporting the BU HR teams in completing their annual Talent Review process
- Oversee the development and implementation of initiatives to support ongoing awareness of the Link Group purpose and values.

**Experience & Personal Attributes**
- Degree-educated in HRM or a related discipline
- Proven experience, knowledge and skills and track record in the development and delivery of engagement/diversity & inclusion strategies and initiatives that deliver measurable return on investment and sustainable results
- Confidence, credibility and proven track record in operating and influencing at senior levels
- Ability to work at pace, in a complex and fluid environment and on their own initiative to deliver results; flexible and agile to changing business needs
- Consultative, adopting a customer centred approach to the design and development of solutions
- Knowledge and experience in leading diversity and inclusion programs across a culturally diverse workforce desirable
- Personal commitment to and visible role modelling of the organisation's behaviours and values.
- Curious, inclusive and collaborative with strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Willingness and ability to roll up their sleeves and take a hands on approach where needed to get things done
