Position: Section Waiter

Employment Type: Full-Time (38-40 hours per week)

Start Date: Immediate

Your Role:
Providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences

Taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring accuracy

Demonstrating in-depth menu knowledge and offering recommendations

Handling customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism

Collaborating with team members and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

Maintaining cleanliness and organization in your section

Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a section waiter in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to thrive under pressure
- Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for delivering top-notch service
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour

Schedule:

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
