F&b Attendant

We are posting an ad on behalf of our client, Mecure Hotel.

**Position**: F&B Attendant

**Location**: Wagga Wagga NSW 2650

**Salary**: $68,000 - $75,000 plus Superannuation

As a F&B Attendant, your responsibilities will include:

- Setting and arranging tables
- Greeting customers and presenting them with menus and beverages lists
- Taking orders and relaying them to kitchen and bar staff
- Serving food and beverages
- Opening bottles and pouring beverages
- Clearing tables and returning dishes and cutlery to kitchen
- Removing empty bottles and used glasses from tables, and refilling and replacing glasses
- Delivering exceptional Customer Service.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the service area
- Collecting payments for sales and operating POS machine and cash register

To qualify for this role, you must have:

- Prior experience in a similar role
- Relevant qualification(s) in the culinary field
- The ability to work collaboratively in a team setting

Pay: $68,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Kitchen: 2 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
