We are seeking to appoint a BI Development Coordinator to join the Monitoring and Performance (MaP) Reporting System team within Western Health. Working closely with the Lead Business Intelligence Developer, this role will responsible for coordinating all activities associated with the development and release of performance dashboards across the organisation.
The team is responsible for the end-to-end development, delivery, and maintenance of reports and dashboards to support both the Administrative and Clinical functions of the organisation. Drawing from a wide range of source systems the development work primarily involves utilising the Microsoft BI stack to deliver the right information, to the right people, at the right time - and in the format they require.
**To be Successful in this Role you will have**:
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Prior experience in project management, preferably in public sector or health industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working with a range of stakeholders.
- Possess the ability to manage multiple and concurrent projects on time with a structured approach to problem resolution.
- Provide flexibility to work out of hours on occasion to meet project deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**What you will experience working within the Performance Unit**:
- Opportunity to work within an established high-performing multidisciplinary team of data specialists including Power BI developers, Database Engineers, Performance Analysts and a Data Scientist.

**Duties**:
- Coordinate and manage stakeholder engagement including meeting scheduling, requirements gathering, review and confirmation of business rules and data definitions
- Assist with dashboard wire framing
- Develop and maintaining dashboard documentation
- Develop and maintain user education and training resources
- Co-ordinate communication regarding dashboard updates and releases
- Manage the dashboard change request process
