Supporting the Executive Digital Producer & working closely with the UX/UI & Dev teams, this is a critical role within an award-winning digital agency. On a daily basis, you will work collaboratively with the broader account service, creative and development teams on the day-to-day implementation of communications programs for your national clients.

**The Opportunity**:
- Support the Executive Digital Producer & work directly with the client
- Solid end-to-end project management (plans, templates, status reports, etc.) experience is mandatory
- Digital marketing and strategy (development) responsibilities
- Budget management, forecasting and reporting
- Client and stakeholder liaison
- Quality assurance and technical development (front-end, back-end development)
- Team leadership and mentoring
- Collaborate with tech and creative teams to improve the quality of projects
- Contribute to business development (pitches, new client proposals, tenders)
- Maintain digital production processes ensuring a consistent approach across the team
- QA review and testing
- Actively seek up-to-date news on the latest technologies and advancements
- Liaising with all team members, clients and stakeholders to define project plans
- Assisting in the preparation of technical documentation and infrastructure design documentation
- Ensuring that all projects are of the best quality, to budget and delivered on time
- Ad hoc administrative tasks as a means of supporting the wider Digital Production team.

**You**:
- Live in Melbourne, Australia
- Ideally, you have 4+ years of experience in a digital agency work environment
- You’re a great team player with fantastic communication skills and a professional manner
- High attention to detail
- A track record including skills in scoping, estimating and time-lining (digital agency preference)
- Excellent time management, project management and great organisational skills
- Relevant tertiary degree required (marketing ideal)
- Team leadership and management experience required
- Strong background in Agile (certification highly desirable)
- Exceptional problem-solving, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Highly proficient in project management and documentation
- Excellent networker with the ability to build lasting client relationships
- Passion for digital marketing with strong knowledge in social media, emerging technologies, e-Commerce projects, hosting/video hosting, testing/QA best practice, etc.
- Strong knowledge of web technologies and a working knowledge of server architectures, HTML, Javascript, Flash and deploying CMS and CRM solutions
- Highly skilled in online advertising campaigns and eDMs
- Previous experience with budget management and reporting
- Excellent communicator (verbal and written).
