Stores Leader

**About the role**:
As a Stores leader, you will support Stores and Inventory Management in alignment with the strategic goals of the InfraBuild Wire Business. You will deliver value through improvements in safety standards, storage standards, service levels, operating costs and non-trading inventory optimal levels.

Role Responsibilities:

- Manage and drive the SAP transactions to process goods plus services receipting in a timely manner to support Wire Manufacturing.
- Understand and ensure compliance with InfraBuild Personnel, Safety and Environmental Policy, Codes of Practice, Procedures and Guidelines.
- Develop a strong relationship with Management, MRP personnel, Plant customers, Commercial, Supply Chain and other Stores to ensure a deep understanding of the business strategy
- Inventory Management
- Review and recommend inventory controls to ensure optimised inventory levels
- Understand and review procedures and forms in alignment with Policies and Procedures to ensure there is clarity for the team on effective implementation

Qualifications & Experience:

- SAP and inventory experience in heavy industry / manufacturing
- High level of computer literacy - Excel, Word, Outlook
- Strong experience of Safety in a manufacturing environment
- Supervisory experience or elements of Front Line Leadership (FLL)
- Experience and technical aptitude e.g manufacturing environment, drawings
