As a Workplace Technology Analyst, you will oversee technical projects, provide desktop support, and ensure the seamless operation of end-user tools. You will also positively guide technical excellence and contribute to the team's success.

In your first few weeks in this Workplace Technology Analyst role, you can expect to:

- Lead technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of end-user tools focusing on desktop analytics
- Provide desktop support to resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical challenges.
- A solid background in end-user tools, and remote desktop analytics and desktop support
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members effectively
- Experience in leading technical projects and managing cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
