Kew Gardens Aged Care is part of the family-owned Australian Aged Care Group Pty Ltd (AACG), which prides itself on imagination and innovation. Kew Gardens Aged Care is an elegantly appointed 90 bed extra service residential care facility featuring luxurious amenities.
We are seeking to appoint an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide high level assistance to our dedicated aged care team.
**KEY SELECTION CRITERIA**
- Minimum of one year experience in an administrative role or reception preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook in particular).
- Tech savvy.
- Highly organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment accompanied by an ability to handle a number of tasks concurrently with minimum supervision.
- Self starter who is adaptable and willing to learn new skills as well as contribute to process and system improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders and clients.
- Current and valid Police Check stating ‘No Disclosable Outcomes’.
- Experience within the health industry or aged care environment will be highly regarded but not essential.
