The Administration/Receptionist is an integral part of the Elev8 Consulting services team, contributing to the company's profitability and growth through meticulous administrative duties. This role requires adherence to relevant Elev8 Consulting Services Policies, and Procedures. The Administrative/Receptionist will play a key role in maintaining efficient operations and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responding to supplier invoice inquiries
- Xero Accounting Software invoicing
- Follow-up outstanding invoices
- Office admin tasks (e.g., kitchen/tea room ordering, stationary, etc.)
- Support Office manager as required.
- Liaise with Directors to confirm/assist in the completion of tasks
- General filing and office tasks
- Other duties as required and consistent with this role

About You: For success in this role, you're an adept professional with a proven track record in administrative support. We're looking for someone with relevant experience in similar roles. You should demonstrate and possess the following:

- Experience in administrative support in the same/similar industry
- Previous data entry experience
- Excellent provision of customer service
- Professional, friendly, and enthusiastic manner
- Well-developed organizational and administration skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
- The ability to work autonomously
- Positive, proactive, professional approach
- Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Proficient with Xero Accounting Software

Working Conditions
- Typically 2-3 days work a week, and could be more depending on business demands.
- Must work from the Kew East office. (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
- Working hours: 9 am to 3 pm.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- MS Office: 5 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
