**The client**
Our client is a large financial services business that is listed on the ASX and operate across Australia. They pride themselves on being a great place to work and they champion diversity and inclusion.

Our client is employing multiple staff due to organic growth. There are many places available.

**The role**
The role is a call centre-based sales role where you will nurture warm leads and walk customers through a process to assist them in deciding whether the product is suitable for them and then help them sign-up.

The role has the following responsibilities:

- nurture warm customer leads (no cold calling)
- educate customers on the benefits of the products you are selling
- provide financial quotations
- identify and refer cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- meeting KPI targets

You will have perfect communication skills and phone manners and have a warm and engaging personality.

Your remuneration will only be limited to the effort you put in, so earning potential is significant.

You must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or have a VISA that provides you with a pathway to PR.
