**What You’ll Do**
- Develop Positive Behaviour Support Plans (PBSP) to enhance safety and quality of life.
- Conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBA) to identify triggers and solutions.
- Collaborate with participants and their support networks to implement tailored strategies.
- Provide immediate support for safety concerns, focusing on preventative measures.

**What We’re Looking For**
**Required**:

- Diploma or bachelor’s in social work, Psychology, Behavioural Sciences, Education, or related field (_or currently studying_).
- OR 2+ years of experience in Health, Disability, or Community sectors.
- Driver’s license, Blue Card, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, and insured vehicle.

**Desired**:

- Experience with FBAs, PBSPs, or stakeholder collaboration.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Passion for making a positive impact.
