**Junior Payroll Officer**

Right now there is an exciting hive of activity within our growing payroll team which has given us the opportunity to bring onboard an additional Junior Payroll Officer who is looking to kick start and grow their career in payroll. In this role you will be supported by more senior payroll professionals, and will get exposure to the world of EI outsourced payroll. We have all the tools, knowledge and infrastructure to grow your career into a seasoned payroll professional.

You’ll enjoy engaging with our payroll clients while working across a variety of industries and awards with the usual day to day payroll responsibilities and after your training you’ll be managing multiple payroll deadlines within your own portfolio of clients.

**The role**
- End-to-end processing of non complex weekly, fortnightly and monthly client pay runs in accordance with instructions, agreed expectations and best practice
- Provide excellent and proactive customer service in all dealings with your managed payroll clients and employees
- Perform full function payroll tasks including on-boarding, auditing, reconciliations, terminations, superannuation and ATO Reporting

- A high level of attention to detail and comfortable working in a fast paced and process driven environment
- Enjoy working with numbers and excel
- Exceptional communication, both verbal and written
