Southern Solutions Training is in the business of providing high-quality training to individuals, groups and organisations.

To support our ongoing growth, there are currently opportunities for experienced, professional and self-motivated Trainers/Assessors to deliver and assess the Certificate IV in Ageing Support qualification.

This role should be considered by applicants who live within the Sydney metropolitan area and are able to travel to other areas if needed.

Training is blended with face-to-face classroom sessions (Burwood location), online delivery sessions and workplace visits for observation and assessment.

**Responsibilities** include:

- Delivering high quality training.
- Ensuring compliance with the VET Quality Framework and organisation's policies and procedures.
- Providing a positive learning environment for students to undertake training and assessment.
- Assisting, guiding and supporting students with their learning and assessment material.
- Marking students' work and recording student assessment outcomes.
- Providing exceptional customer service to all clients.

To be considered you **must** have the following:

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
- A minimum of Certificate IV level in Ageing Support or the equivalent.
- Experience and currency within in the industry.
- Be passionate about in-home care and ageing support.
- Be well presented and self-motivated.
- Have excellent communication and time management skills especially with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Proven ability to support students.
- Current Working with Children Check.
- Knowledge and compliance with the VET Quality Framework.

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
