Current vacancy for a Full time** Night Supervisor**to join our team. Reporting directly to the Front Office Manager.

**DUTIES INCLUDE**:

- Hold responsibility and accountability for the efficient operation of the hotel during the hours of 10.00pm and 7am.

- Complete night audit reports and checks

- Completing night audit accounts, handovers and guest correspondence

- Cross check and balance work completed during the day for all outlets on a shift.

- Prepare reports to reflect the trading result of the property on a daily, weekly and monthly

- Guest registration to include check in/out.

- Cashiering to include foreign exchange and balancing daily transactions.

- Handle guest queries and complaints.

- Follow hotel policy and procedure in respect of postings, rebates and payments.

- Check out master accounts for departing groups, ensuring changes are correct and supported by correct documentation

- Liaise closely with all departments in the Hotel, particularly Finance.

- Assist with after hours Reservation enquiries.

- Report guest complaints and initiate solution following empowerment guidelines

- Provide guests with an accurate and efficient checkout ensuring hospitality standards are followed.

- Ensure all wake-up calls are put on the wake-up call sheet and programmed into the PABX

- Balance all transactions at the end of shift ensuring postings have the correct supporting documentation and discrepancies reported.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Experience working in a similar environment for a minimum of 1year.

- Excellent computer skills - strong knowledge of excel

- Excellent presentation and communication skills.

- Ability to keep yourself motivated by using your initiative.

- Ability to work under pressure.

- Ability to communicate across different departments throughout the hotel.

- Committed to providing superior customer service.

- Ability to work graveyard shifts including weekends and public holidays.

- Ability to work Friday to Tuesday night shifts from 10:00pm until 6:30am is essential with Wednesday and Thursday off.
