We have a new and exciting opportunity to become a **Sales Merchandiser** working for our client partner, Clipsal by Schneider Electric **Clipsal **offer residential and commercial electrical products and solutions, ranging from Power points, switches, lighting, smoke alarms **and more**

You will work across the **Adelaide area** and drive client market share and category performance through store ownership of promotional programs and building strong store relationship.

**Tasks and responsibilities**:

- Develop a ‘Win -Win’ serviced based relationship with key personnel in all stores across all retail channels in your territory
- Proactively Implement sales plan initiatives in order to drive increased sales
- Plan upcoming activities and executions with individual stores and ensure stock availability through pre-sell of activities and initiatives
- Maintain a strong understanding of the pre-paid market including product, plans, promotions, services features and benefits.

**About you**:

- Access to a **reliable car** and a current Australian **Drivers Licence**:

- Previous experience in a retail and /or field marketing environment
- Have an interest or previous experience in **hardware channels or electrical wholesale knowledge**:

- Demonstrated ability to **deliver against KPI’S**:

- **Attention to detail** & takes full accountability of personal results
- The ability to **thrive in an autonomous environment**
