**About the Role**

The City of Ryde is seeking a self-motivated, enthusiastic cleaner to join our Property Management team. Your key responsibility in this role will be to undertake a variety of cleaning activities in parks amenities in the Ryde local government area.

**Key Requirements**
- Demonstrated skills and experience in using plant and equipment used in cleaning work
- Basic level of literacy and numeracy
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to efficiently carry out work with limited supervision
- Hold a current Class C NSW driver's licence

Your commencing annual salary will range from **$53,074 - $65,016 + superannuation**, dependent on your experience and qualifications. In addition, you will also receive an additional $45.10 per week Adverse Working Conditions allowance plus have the opportunity for regular overtime.
