**About The Role**

***
Our client is a male in his 40’s
**, he’s blind, hearing impaired and living with intellectual disability challenges that have arisen as a result of his diagnosis. We are seeking a support worker committed to delivering a high standard of care, on an ongoing basis.**

***

**Components of the supports include personal care, support with feeding, domestic assistance, getting him ready in the morning to attend his day centre.** Support workers will be required to maintain professional boundaries, whilst also establishing a rapport with the client and encouraging positive outcomes towards goals.

In addition to our values, our support staff require
**mandatory compliance**:

- 6-12 months minimum experience as a Support Worker
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Manual Handling Certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Driver’s License & Car
- Local to the Spotswood area
- Willing to do morning shifts 7.00am - 9.00am weekdays.
