Learning Designer- Leadership

6 x 6 month contract position
- CBD hybrid-3 days a week in office 2 days home.

Our client is after a well developed learning designer in the areas of leadership and management. They will have demonstrated ability to design, develop, deliver, and evaluate training and development courses including blended learning initiatives, working closely with Subject Matter Experts and other stakeholders to ensure fit for purpose and engaging learning experiences and assessments.
**You will need;**
- The ability to facilitate engaging learning experiences and engage and build rapport with stakeholders and staff at all levels across a diverse and dispersed organisation.
- Demonstrated expertise in several learning and development tools and packages including proficiency with Office 365, eLearning authoring, visual design and multimedia production, and learning management and content management systems.
- Demonstrated (learning) project management experience with attention to detail and commitment to organise priorities to achieve results across multi-component initiatives.
- extensive experience in the scoping, analysis, design, and delivery of blended learning products - particularly Leadership and Management learning experiences.
**Handy to have;**
- Accreditation in industry-standard 360 feedback, coaching, or change tools.
- Facilitation and coaching experience.
- Familiarity with Articulate 360, SharePoint, Moodle-based Learning management systems.
