Payroll Officer - Services - Lower North Shore
**Company Background**
Our client is a successful business focusing on providing solutions to a number of different industries from government to the infrastructure sector. They are located near Chastwood and have parking on-site.
Our client is looking for someone to join on a part-time basis. This could mean 3 full days or 5 short days (approximately 24 hours/week).
**The Role**
Your duties as the Payroll Officer will include (but are not limited to):
- End-to-end payroll duties for approximately 200 staff (split between weekly & monthly)
- Award and EBA interpretation
- Redundancies, sick leave, annual leave, and long service leave calculations
- Payroll Tax, Super, Workers Comp and STP
- Assisting with new starter setup/employment contract administration
- Answering any payroll-related enquiries
**Your Background**
To be considered for this Payroll Officer role, you will possess most of the following:
- Experience performing end-to-end payroll for over 50 staff
- Excellent attention to detail
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Full Australian working rights
- Good communication skills as you will be dealing with internal and external stakeholders
