The **Future Generation Joint Venture** brings together the combined engineering experience and expertise of WeBuild, Clough and Lane and has been selected to design construct **Snowy 2.0**. Snowy 2.0 is the next chapter in the Snowy Scheme's history. It is the largest committed renewable energy project in Australia and will provide on-demand energy and large-scale storage for many generations to come. This Iconic Project has and will continue to create its own legacy in Australian history.

**About Us**:
Future Generation Joint Venture (FGJV) is delivering the iconic **Snowy 2.0** project, a pumped-hydro expansion that will underpin Australia’s renewable energy future. FGJV brings together the expertise of **Webuild**, **Clough**, and **Lane Construction**, forming a Tier One powerhouse in infrastructure delivery.

**The Opportunity**:
We are seeking a highly experienced **Procurement Lead** to manage the contractual and procurement aspects of this multi-billion-dollar project. Based in Cooma, NSW, you will lead negotiations, ensure compliance, and support the delivery of critical materials, plant, equipment, services, and subcontracts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead procurement and negotiation of civil, engineering, supply, and construction contracts.
- Prepare and manage subcontract agreements and variations.
- Ensure compliance with commercial and contractual obligations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including legal, finance, and construction teams.
- Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, clients, and government representatives.
- Ensure all procurement activities align with environmental, safety, and quality standards.

**About You**:

- Tertiary qualifications in **Business, Commerce, Engineering, Law**, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum **15 years’ experience** in contracts administration with Tier One contractors.
- Strong understanding of **contract law**, project deeds, and construction regulations.
- Experience in **heavy infrastructure, power plants, or tunnelling** is highly desirable.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and document control systems.
