to support our growing menswear offering in our Paddington flagship, we are seeking a salesperson with passion for menswear with a natural ability to showcase the brand to our customers. The successful applicant will be highly organised and have an ability to work both independently and think creatively. We are seeking somebody who can work 3 days a week in store with the opportunity for the role to turn into a full time / manager position.

With an emphasis on classic styles and progressive design, Charlton is an Australian brand made for travelling the globe with a focus on fabrics of premium quality & high-end construction. The brand is encapsulated by forward thinking design imbued with a sense of nostalgia. A considered edit of functional and durable pieces have been specially crafted to only improve with age. Charlton is an ever evolving project focused on building a lifestyle around the core values of authenticity and consistency. Charlton aims to reduce harmful mass waste by releasing each season in limited quantities. Our mission is to modernise the essential elements of your daily uniform, in order to create the ideal wardrobe. We work closely with our manufactures to ensure the entire process from fabric sourcing right through to the construction of each garment takes place in a fair working environment. All order placed through our online store are shipped in 100% recycled cardboard boxes inside a biodegradable satchel.
