**Applications Close**: 30/06/2025 **Position No**: ROEM-SDT-OSU **Work Type**: Permanent - Full Time **Location**: Bunbury RCR Mining Technologies is seeking an **OEM Supervisor** to join our expanding Service Delivery Team. This role is responsible for delivering safe, high-quality site works, including shutdowns, installations, audits, and overhauls of RCR OEM equipment. This hands-on role involves leading crews onsite, managing the execution of work scopes, and overseeing mobilisation and demobilisation logistics such as tooling and container preparation and personnel coordination. **Key Responsibilities**: - Provide in-field leadership for the execution of OEM shutdowns, installations, and overhauls. - Supervise and support trades teams in accordance with project plans and client requirements. - Plan daily activities in line with the schedule to ensure timely completion of works. - Conduct daily pre-start meetings and toolbox talks, and foster a strong on-site safety culture. - Monitor work progress and escalate technical or resourcing issues as needed. - Oversee the preparation of tooling and ensure personnel compliance documentation is ready for mobilisation. - Coordinate container packing and tooling readiness for site deployment and return. - Organise crew travel logistics, including accommodation and airport transfers. - Assist in site setup, including tooling drop points, permits, and scope briefings. - Interpret basic technical drawings and scopes to guide work in alignment with OEM standards. - Ensure all work is completed to a high standard of quality and within defined tolerances. - Perform basic troubleshooting and liaise with technical support as required. - Ensure all work complies with site and legislative safety requirements. - Conduct workplace inspections, critical risk verifications, and hazard reporting. - Participate in the development of JHAs (Job Hazard Analyses) and CRAWs (Critical Risk Activity Worksheets). - Ensure team adherence to client isolation and lockout standards. - Promote and maintain a proactive safety culture on-site. **Qualifications and Requirements** - Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trades or Fixed and Mobile Plant Mechanic; or - Tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline. - Valid Western Australian Driver’s Licence. - Construction White Card. - Section 44 or Section 26 Appointment. - Working at Heights certification. - Confined Space certification. - Gas Test Atmospheres certification. - Demonstrated First Fire Attack training. **Essential Criteria** - Minimum 5 years’ experience supervising trades teams during shutdowns. - Proven leadership in fixed plant operations. - Strong ability to plan, communicate, and execute site works effectively. - Sound knowledge of safety systems and legislative compliance. - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). **What we offer you**: - Excellent salary and benefits package - Income Protection & Life Insurance - Paid Parental Leave benefits - Discounted Private Health Insurance - Salary Sacrifice options - Employee Assistance Program (EAP) **About Us**: If you're a motivated Click the **"Apply"** button to submit your resume and take the next step in your career with RCR Mining Technologies.
