**About the program**
EACH is proud to be the Lead Agency of the Mental Health, Alcohol and Other Drugs, and Suicide Prevention (MHAODSP) program, a new initiative delivering comprehensive, integrated, and person-centred care across the CCQ region (Central Queensland, Wide Bay, Sunshine Coast).
Collaborating with 9 partnering organisations the aim of this service is to address service gaps by enhancing accessibility and integrating primary mental health care, AOD, psychosocial support, and early intervention and prevention through a multidisciplinary, person centred model of care. The _Youth Enhanced Services (YES) Program_ is a pivotal initiative, delivering personalized care to adolescents aged 12-18 through a combination of comprehensive therapies and multidisciplinary team approaches. It combines in-person and digital interactions, including assertive outreach and home visits, to engage youth. Clinical oversight ensures high-quality service delivery, supported by comprehensive referral strategies to enhance care continuity.
**About the role**
Are you passionate about making a difference in youth mental health? EACH is looking for passionate Mental Health Clinicians to lead and deliver advanced psychological interventions within our YES Program.
You will play a crucial role in providing individual therapies (CBT, DBT, ACT), group treatments, and multidisciplinary team care to young individuals (12-18 years) facing severe mental health concerns. You will oversee service delivery, engage with local stakeholders, and ensure seamless integration of care plans using both face-to-face and digital modalities.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver specialist counselling for young individuals, focusing on severe mental illness
- Supervise and mentor junior clinicians to maintain exceptional service standards
- Exceed service targets and ensure accurate documentation of service delivery
- Collaborate with local stakeholders for coordinated client care and develop referral pathways
- Provide clinical leadership and contribute to clinical supervision sessions

**About you**
You bring a blend of dedication and extensive expertise in individual therapy to adolescents and young adults, demonstrating your deep understanding of mental health, trauma, and youth-related issues.
Your qualifications, skills, and experience also include:
- A minimum Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline, with a preference for a Master’s degree and accreditation by the relevant governing body
- Proficiency in therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and mindfulness
- Demonstrated strengths in clinical supervision and leadership, ensuring exceptional service delivery and fostering a collaborative team environment
