With a continual growth plan for expanding our portfolio across Australia and New Zealand, we have a Full Time Store Consultant role now on offer at our Phillip centre. **The Role**: Reporting into the Storage Manager, our Store Consultants are a vital role within our business, as they work closely with our customers to ensure a seamless service is provided. The role itself is a multi-faceted role of customer service, admin and operations. Located in Phillip (5 mins from Canberra hospital) this centre features an array of driveways as well as truck & trailer hire to help make our clients move a breeze, some of the key daily duties would include: **Your responsibilities include**: Work in a customer facing environment to deliver the ultimate customer experience by supporting our customers in making the best storage choice for their needs Having a strong focus on centre presentation and maintenance. Assisting & servicing the Commercial Customer Base to ensure their needs are met on a daily/weekly basis Forklifting duties in line with the customer base. Assist in ensuring the Centre achieves its budgeted KPI goals Conduct centre tours and walk throughs which showcase our facilities Keep a keen eye on centre presentation, maintenance, and cleanliness to ensure our centres always represent our high standards Maximize sales conversion opportunities via various ports of communication Maintain a safe and secure centre by wearing appropriate safety gear, safe use of equipment, and following workplace health and safety procedures Complete arrears management steps to ensure accounts are kept up to update and offer solutions where feasible.
