**About the Opportunity**
Terrace is on the lookout for 2 reliable, enthusiastic and outgoing individual to join the team as a Display Host on a casual basis. As the first point of contact, you will welcome guests into our display homes, providing great customer service at the following Display Home locations; Eden Beach, Jindalee and Brabham Estate, Brabham.

There is 5 hours of work available on both Saturday and Sunday, with 1 hour travel time included. Training will be provided around build process for those with limited understanding of the industry. Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

- Opening display homes for the public to view.
- Setting out directional signage and any marketing/sales items.
- Welcoming the public entering the home and asking them a list of questions.
- Gather names and contact details of guests
- Liaise with Sales Consultant to send contacts through to and raise queries with
- Report results to Management.
- Close and secure display homes on exit.

**About you**
We are looking for an outgoing and confident superstar to join the team, you will also have the following:

- Excellent customer service skills resulting in high levels of customer satisfaction
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- A high attention to detail and level of accuracy
