We are currently looking for an experienced Hospitality superstar to joing our team as a front of house Team leader. This a full-time position, full training is provided, and you will be working for one of the largest catering and support services company in the world

**The position**:

- Assist the food & beverage manager in managing the day-to-day operations
- Lead a small team to deliver high quality and exceptional customer service
- Manage functions for various occasions
- Ensure all Company policies and procedures are applied
- Establish, maintain, and monitor quality customer service practices
- Assist in organise rosters as per requirements

**The person**:

- Must have supervisory experience in the hospitality industry
- Certificate III qualifications desirable
- A passion for food with the ability to motivate and promote team members to achieve exceptional customer service
- Strong communication skills as you will be in daily contact with customers and staff
- Exceptional personal presentation
- Strong Occupational Health and Safety focus
- Possess a positive "can do" attitude
- Must have drivers’ licence and transport
