**Our Opportunity**

Due to continuous growth, NEPEAN Power are seeking an experienced Boilermaker to join our team. These positions are full-time opportunities based in Thornton, NSW. Your daily duties include, however, are not limited to;
- Interpret and check drawings for fabrication and welding requirements
- Fabricating and constructing metal components to a high standard within specified tolerances
- Performing quality checks on finished products
- To help train apprentices by demonstrating correct work procedure
- Responsible for the housekeeping and cleanliness of your designated workplace and site in general to 5S Standard

**The Right Person**
- Relevant Trade Qualifications in Boilermaking, Sheet Metal or Fabrication.
- Excellent metal fabrication, equipment design and modification skills.
- Ability to Interpret drawings and also work off sketches when required.
- Ability to use a range of workshop machinery including press brake, drill press etc.
- Previous experience with MIG, TIG, Mild steel + stainless with high standard workmanship.
- Switchboard experience would be highly desirable.
- Ability to work within deadlines.
- Ability to work as part of a team to achieve goals & deadlines.
- Drivers License.
- Forklift, Boom & Scissor, dogman, confined Space tickets an advantage.
