**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented **Property Valuer** to join our team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about property, with experience in valuation and strong organizational skills. As a Property Valuer, you will conduct property inspections, perform detailed analyses, and deliver high-quality valuation reports. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct valuations for residential, commercial, and industrial properties, as well as plant and equipment as required.
- Prepare and submit detailed, accurate, and compliant valuation reports.
- Research property markets and stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes.
- Liaise with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders to ensure high levels of service and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all valuations.
- Adhere to Valuations Australia’s policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all aspects of work.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Property, Valuation, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a property valuer with a thorough understanding of valuation principles and methodologies.
- Registered or certified with relevant state/territory valuation boards (required).
- Proficiency in valuation software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize to meet deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- Reliable internet connection and laptop for field-based and remote work.
- Flexibility to work within Australian hours (9:00 am - 6:00 pm AEST).
- Current driver’s license and own reliable vehicle for property inspections.

**What’s Next**:
Pay: Up to $48.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

**Education**:

- Bachelor Degree (required)

**Experience**:

- Property Valuation: 3 years (required)
- Customer service: 5 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Valuations Board Registration (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
