**About the Company**
LJ Hooker Pinnacle Property is evolving to become an industry leader in Southern Tasmania. We have recently increased our rent roll and reorganized our Property Management Department into three PODs of three - two property managers and an administration. We are seeking administrators for two of these PODs. As a member of a POD you will develop strong team bonds in a supportive environment. As a company we work hard to provide a healthy and positive office culture underpinned by team work, open door management, support for staff, honesty, trust and encouragement of work-life balance.
**About You**
You are a highly organized administrator with exceptional attention to detail who thrives working in a team environment. You enjoy working with databases and reports, and you are a quick learner of new technologies and systems. You appreciate the importance of following process but are capable of innovating to find more efficient and effective ways to work.
Someone with their Property Representative License and Property Management experience is preferred.
**About the Role**
The role is in support of our Property Investment Managers with key tasks including:
- Lease preparation
- Organising inspections
- Uploading properties to the internet
- Arrears reports
- Processing invoices
- Providing reports on lease expiries
- Maintenance reports and follow up

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
