**About the role**:
The Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst will support organisational growth by gathering, validating, specifying and testing requirements and also transforming and visualising data to enable better decision making.

In this exciting role as a BI Analyst, reporting to the Data and Analytics Manager, you’ll engage with a variety of stakeholders, including the Executive leadership team, administrative staff, and care team members, to capture and define reporting requirements. This unique opportunity will empower you to craft comprehensive BI solutions, derive actionable insights, and spearhead our migration to a cloud-based infrastructure, all within the dynamic, innovative, and supportive atmosphere of our growing organisation.

**What you will be responsible for**:

- Engage with stakeholders to record reporting needs.
- Understand data infrastructure to facilitate strategic conversations.
- Evaluate BI solutions and ensure data reliability.
- Develop data semantic models and maintain medallion architecture.
- Conduct training for BI users.
- Manage BI project demands and achieve milestones.

**What you will bring to the role**:

- Minimum undergraduate qualification in IT
- Ability to connect and engage with stakeholders and customers
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role analysing and visualising data
- Advanced experience with Power BI, SSRS, and Azure data platform
- High level presentation, training, written, and verbal communication skills
- Genuine alignment to BaptistCare’s purpose, mission and values.
