**About the role**

Reporting to the Head of Donor Derived Therapies, the Production Associate will be responsible for the following:

- Production and packaging of BiomeBank's biotherapeutic product
- Assist with the shipping of product globally
- Participate in equipment maintenance, cleaning of facility, and logging/testing schedules
- Complete inventory checks and assist in ordering process
- Assist in other tasks around the lab and office as required including reviewing and completion of documentation to GMP standards
- Working with donor operations team to ensure production targets are met
- Assist with process development

**Requirements**:

- Laboratory Technician Diploma (or similar)
- 1 year experience working in a laboratory environment
- GMP experience highly regarded
- Anaerobic chamber experience highly regarded
- Sound understanding of legislation, policies and requirements that impact the laboratory environment including work health and safety and privacy requirements

**Desirable skills, experience, and attributes for this role**:

- Well-developed oral and written communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with customers, patients and clinical and laboratory staff.
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment, while working autonomously to deliver outcomes within specific timeframes
- Adaptability - ability to perform repetitive processes but also adapt to changes in scheduled tasks in order to meet clinical and professional demands
- Comfortable working in confined/restricted environment
