**As a dental assistant, you will be highly attentive to the needs of the dentists and patients in delivering a fantastic dental experience. You will also need to perform administration tasks and general cleaning duties.**

**Experience of at least 2 years of dental assisting is required for this position.**

**We are looking for someone to fill in a casual role, available every Saturday.**

**Key Duties**
- **General day to day operations**:

- **Chairside assisting of the dentists**:

- **Sterilising and cleaning of equipment**:

- **Greeting customers and handling enquiries in person, over the phone and online**:

- **Managing bookings**:

- **Taking payments**:

- **Performing laboratory tasks**:

- **General cleaning of the practice and maintenance duties**:

- **Restocking supplies**

**Key Skills**
- **Experienced in dental assisting and reception**:

- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**:

- **High desire to be efficient and attentive**:

- **Strong prioritising skills and time management is essential**:

- **Great teamwork**:

- **Computer literacy is a must. Experience using Exact dental software and Sidexis is an advantage.**:

- **Strict adherence to infection control procedures**:

- **Reliable, punctual and committed to work**:

- **Quick to learn and demonstrate good initiative**

**The successful applicants will receive training as appropriate. Immediate start.**

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 7 per week
