**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily production activities, ensuring operations are running smoothly, efficiently, and safely.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of production workers, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Monitor production schedules, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Ensure that equipment is properly maintained and safe to operate.
- Implement and enforce strict adherence to health and safety standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any production-related issues, working closely with other departments.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and product quality.
- Prepare and submit production reports to management.
- Assist in training and developing new staff members.
- Maintain inventory control and assist with planning production needs.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in food manufacturing or a similar production environment.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team and foster a positive working environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Hands on leader previous experince in the kitchen is a bonous

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $58,449.12 - $110,734.68 per year

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Food production: 1 year (required)
- Food handling: 1 year (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
