Admin Assistant

We are a family owned engineering & fabrication business operating in the northern suburbs of Brisbane. We are looking for an Administration Assistant to work approximately 25 hours per week, across 4 - 5 days.

The ideal applicant should have solid administration experience, a positive attitude and an interest in getting involved across a broad range of aspects in the business.

Key responsibilities will include
- Answering phones, taking messages, re-directing calls, and handling enquiries where possible
- Working with the management team to ensure the smooth operation of jobs, and processes within the business
- Data entry into our job costing software, and analysis of reports
- Entering creditor invoices
- Creating debtor invoices
- word processing/ spreadsheeting using Microsoft Office
- website updates/ blog posts etc

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour
