Dandy Premix are currently seeking a Trade Assistant to join our team.

Reporting to the Workshop Manager the Trade Assistant will help the mechanics by completing tasks on their behalf. Your job is to perform maintenance tasks on equipment and worksites. You clean the work areas and ensure the machines are calibrated to industry standards. You also maintain health and safety standards and ensure the work site complies with the industry regulations.

**Duties will include**:

- Develop an understanding of Dandy Premix WHS policies and procedures.
- Ensure that all required PPE is always worn whilst in the workshop and/or on site.
- Follow all instructions from Workshop Manager and other assigned supervisors.
- Carry out general workshop duties as directed and with mínimal assistance
- Demonstrate care of equipment and tools
- Provide excellent customer service
- Work well and communicate in the team environment

**Skills and experience**:

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sound knowledge of safe working practices and procedures in a workshop environment.
- Current drivers licence
- Good time management and interpersonal skills
- Excellent trouble shooting and problem-solving skills
- A growth mindset and passion for learning
