**About the role**
As a Store Manager, you will be the face of the Brand. This role will see you contribute to the overall success of the store by driving sales, developing your team, and supporting in the day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for assisting in managing, developing, and motivating your team to establish exceptional customer connections and to achieve sales targets.

Major areas of responsibility will include:

- Ensuring every customer receives a phenomenal in-store experience
- Coaching and mentoring your team to drive high-performance and internal progression
- Ensuring your store and team achieves sales and KPI targets
- Driving store profitability through effective rostering, wage control and the minimization of shrinkage
- Maintaining exceptional store presentation through effective merchandising
- Assisting in recruiting and pipelining for future talent

**About you**
- Confidence as a leader and a passion for motivating your team
- Outlet experience is preferable
- The desire to put your customer and your people at the heart of everything you do
- A hunger for success, with proven ability in consistently driving the achievement of sales and KPI’s
- Previous retail management experience working in a fast-paced, target oriented sales environment is advantageous
- Exposure to rostering, wage control, stock control and visual merchandising
