**About Role**

As **Global Communications Business Partner** for our **Global Emerging Market (GEM**) business unit you will provide dedicated support for a range of priorities, particularly as they relate to internal communications and employee engagement activity across APAC and LATAM.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Playing an important role in developing, delivering and evaluating company-wide internal communications for GEM as part of our Global Communications, Engagement and ESG team
- Leading a wide range of communication programmes, activities and campaigns in collaboration with colleagues within and beyond the team, establishing a clear cadence and support for the President & COO, Global Emerging Markets, aligned to the global cadence
- Act as communications adviser and support for the GEM Leadership Team priorities and plans, helping them with their communication requirements while ensuring alignment with the company-wide strategy and activity plans
- Collaborate with colleagues involved in leading media and social media, with a focus on employer brand, activity at GEM and company-wide levels, providing advice and day-to-day support as required

**About You**

As an experienced communications practitioner looking to take the next step in your career, you are proactive, self-directed and curious, comfortable with navigating different cultural needs while driving change and cutting through complexity in a thoughtful way.

To be successfully you will have:

- Demonstrated experience from within a corporate communications function where you have drafted clear, concise, and compelling content for communications programmes and activities
- Capability to blend strategic thought and tactical delivery, creating and delivering communication plans and creative activities that achieve clear and measurable outcomes
- The ability to analyze, interpret and act on complex and sensitive information, particularly around corporate change
- Effective communication and relationships building skills able to engage with a wide range of employees, stakeholders, and leaders
- Experience in project management, working with multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Exposure to the health, life sciences or pharma industry (highly desirable)

- Relevant degree qualification

This is a fixed term role, predominately remote/virtual and will require occasional international travel.
